ππ½ββοΈ. An important part of our health journey is our relationship with ourself. Many of us tend to ignore ourselves, our feelings and our needs. However, unless we become aware of what is going on within us we canβt tell how our overall physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health is and what areas may need attention. So, self-awareness is an important step on our journey to a happier, healthier self.
ππ½ββοΈ. A helpful way to become more self aware is ensuring you find time daily to connect with yourself and your feelings. Incorporate alone time (even if just a few minutes) into your daily routine to spend some getting to know and understand yourself. Try writing down your feelings in a journal or practicing daily meditation. Activities like this are a great way to help you build one of the most important relationships you need to have, a relationship with yourself. π
