1:1 coaching program.

It can be overwhelming and frustrating when you have reached the point in life where you really don’t know what to do to improve your health and just feel better. As a health coach I want to help my clients improve their quality of life by helping them form healthy lifestyle habits that support their goals and figure out strategies to get past the obstacles they may be facing, that have prevented them from being successful in the past.

My 1:1 coaching program is designed to address the fundamental lifestyle factors that influence health and wellness. We will take a holistic approach, not just focusing on nutrition, but also exercise, sleep and relaxation, stress management and mindset.

As a health coach I am here to support and encourage my clients, enabling them to achieve whatever goals they have set.

    Wellness Jumpstart is a focused 4-week program designed to kickstart your journey towards improved health and well-being. This program offers personalized guidance, practical tools, and support get you on the road to achieving your health and wellness goals.

  • Renew You

    This is my signature program. Renew You is a transformative 12-week holistic wellness program designed for individuals who are ready to prioritize their health, and achieve lasting change. This program integrates personalized coaching, evidence-based practices, and empowering education to support you on their journey to optimal health and wellness

  • Free initial conversation (30 minutes)

  • 1 intake session (60 minutes)

  • 1:1 Coaching Sessions (60 minutes per session)

  • Unlimited messaging support via email or text

  • Wellness assessments

  • Nutrition and wellness plans that fit your schedule, lifestyle and resources

  • Recommended wellness practices that facilitate your decided health goals

  • Grocery list sample and Recipes

  • Supportive literature

Here’s how it works.

Our initial conversation is a FREE conversation, where we can discuss any questions or concerns you may have about how each program works and what you can expect from signing up.  

If you choose to sign up, your first session will be the intake session, where we go through health history, current habits and your health goals.

Depending on your program of choice, coaching sessions will follow. Each week we will go through any obstacles you may face, discuss new strategies and change or set new goals.  I will provide additional suggestions, support and advice.

Remember, practicing small positive changes will lead to sustainable change that you WILL be able to maintain in the long run.
