MY MISSION AS A HEALTH COACH
My mission as a health coach is to help you reclaim your health by engaging in holistic diet and lifestyle strategies that promote physical, mental and emotional health.
We spend so much time establishing our careers, families or both, and not as much time taking care of ourselves. Some of us are unmotivated, unhappy, stressed and experiencing anxiety. Maybe you have been recently diagnosed with a chronic illness or have a bunch of confusing symptoms and no diagnosis.
With so much information available, it can be difficult to determine what health and wellness strategies are best for your situation. This can leave you feeling confused and overwhelmed, and often unsuccessful in the long run.
As a health and wellness coach, I guide my clients so they gain a greater awareness of the different practices that affect their wellness, and support them in adopting practices they want to include in their life with the goal of improving their health and wellbeing. I use a holistic approach to health, which means taking care of all dimensions of your well-being including physical, social, emotional, spiritual and intellectual health.
There are many definitions of well-being. For me, it means feeling positive about yourself, your body and your life. Nothing and nobody can be perfect or perfectly happy, but we can make small, positive lifestyle changes, be consistent, and eventually the changes will become habits, that you will be able to maintain in the long run.
In life, there is so much we don't have control over. You do however, have a choice in how you nourish and care for your mind, body and soul. Let's make the right choices today :) Let’s learn to focus on what brings you joy and what makes you feel good physically and mentally.
