Easy stove top granola

 

Easy and yummy granola! Great as a snack, topping, or just in a bowl with milk!

~Ingredients~

2 cups old fashioned oats

1/2 cup sunflower seeds

1/2 cup chopped dates

1/4 cup chia seeds

1/4 cup flax seeds

1 tbsp coconut oil

2 tbsp maple syrup

Dash of cinnamon

Pinch of salt

 

~Method~

Place coconut oil in skillet and then add the other ingredients. Mix all ingredients together and leave on low heat.  Stir occasionally until oats appear golden brown.

Cool and store in airtight container.
