double chocolate banana bread

~Ingredients~

 

3 bananas mashed

3 eggs

3 tbsp coconut oil, melted

2 tbsp maple syrup

1/4 cup coconut sugar

1 1/2 cup oat flour

1/2 cup cocoa powder

1 tsp baking soda

Pinch of salt

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

 

~Directions~

 

Heat oven to 350. Mix together wet ingredients until we’ll combined.  Stir in dry ingredients.  Mix in chocolate chips.  Pour into parchment lined 8x5 loaf pan.  Option to add more chocolate chips on top (I sure did). Bake for 35-49 mins or until toothpick comes out with just a few wet crumbs. Let cool, and enjoy!
