🌼Hi I’m Melissa!🌼 I have spent quite a bit of time over the past ten years improving my understanding of physical and mental wellbeing. Hippocrates said the healing power of nature can be responsible This means I have enjoyed passing on what I learn to friends and family. But I realized that my advice on nutrition and lifestyle changes was actually having a positive impact on their lives.
Turns out that leading people away from trying to be PERFECT made a difference. Our lives are complicated - we have good days and bad days and there are so many things outside of our control. I found that people quickly lose motivation because it is easy to feel like you will never accomplish 100% of the goals that you set. So I have helped them to focus instead on doing more of what is good for them and less of what isn’t, all within the context of their real lives, with consistent awareness of the impact of their daily choices on their overall well-being. I would like to do the same for you.
