motivation

✨While completing a health and wellness assignment today in my @afpafitness course, I was asked to reflect on what drives me in life, why I do the things I do.  It made me think about motivation and what it means. 

✨Motivation is a force that pushes you to do the things you do.  It’s different for everyone, depending on what you want or need.

✨I look at it like this... in order to achieve a goal, you have to first figure out and understand why you want it. When you know your why, you will be more motivated to do what it takes to achieve it.

✨I thought about what motivated me to pursue my goal of becoming a health coach.  It started with trying to figure out my own health issues.  As I learned more, I realized that I could now do more to help others as well. Helping people feel better makes me happy, and that’s my motivation. 💕
