Green Monster pesto


🥬Green Monster Pesto~ 

•2 cups kale, chopped

•2 cups arugula, chopped 

•About 2 cups basil, cilantro and parsley chopped all together 

•3 garlic cloves 

•1/2 cup hemp seeds 

•1/4 nutritional yeast

•2 tablespoons tahini 

•1 tablespoon coconut aminos 

•3 tablespoons avocado or olive oil (substitute with water if desired) 

•About 1/4 cup water (more if too thick) 

•1 lemon 

•Pinch of salt (more if you desire) 


~Method~ 

Add all ingredients into food processor and blend until smooth.  Add more liquid if too dry.  Mix into cooked pasta of choice, I used quinoa spaghetti.  Enjoy!
