breakfast toast two ways

When you think about having a slice of toast for breakfast, don’t limit yourself! There are so many toppings you can add to make it much more nutritious and yummy.  Here are two ideas, both contain sources of vitamin B5: Pantothenic acid (among other things).

Avocado crushed with red onions and lemon juice

Tomatoes

Salt and pepper (optional)

Sunflower seed butter

Bananas, sliced

Peaches, cut up

Pumpkin seeds
