🌺Being compassionate means that when you feel or are aware of the another’s situation or feelings you actually do something to help or improve it.

🌺 Being compassionate actually has a positive effect on our health.  Giving or receiving compassion has been shown to strengthen our immune system, lower stress levels, lower blood pressure and even improve recovery time from various illnesses. 

🌺 Practicing compassion can be as simple as opening a door for someone, encouraging someone, donating clothes or food, catching up with friends or family (especially important now), listening more, helping someone to get a task done and even saying “thank you”.  Let’s show a little more compassion. 💕
